IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
At ShoreTees there is NO minimum required. Our price is based on quanitity of items ordered along with number of colors in each design. With that being said, we specialize in creating custom clothing on the spot with low prices based on 1-6 items.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
An order can be placed 1 of 3 ways. You can stop into our store front location and place your order through the ShoreTees staff. 2. You can place an order through email that we monitor constantly with a guaranteed response within 12 hours. 3. You can place an order over the phone by speaking with one of our staff. We try and make the ordering process as easy as possible for our customers by giving them helpful insights along with suggestions to suit your situation.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
We require a 50% deposit on each order which can be give over the phone or at our store front. When our customers see the products for pick-up they can then pay the remaining balance.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
At ShoreTees, since most items are created customly, unforuntately we cannot expect any returns. If an issue with your clothing falls on us, we will happliy replace your item at no charge. To find out if an item you recieved can be exchange please call or email our store with an explaination.
